工作概要

Yun Cai Grants 雲彩助學金

Yun Cai Grants aim to support Universities , high school and primary schools' students in Yunnan who are in financial needs to pursue their studies. These students are expected to contribute to their home town or other poor regions upon graduation and to help children of other rural areas .
雲彩助學金旨在資助雲南省的貧困大、中、小學生，讓他們能完成學業，日後貢獻家鄉或貧困地區，幫助農村中的失學兒童。

Yun Cai Scholarship 雲彩獎學金

Yun Cai Scholarship aims to reward those poor students with outstanding academic performance and good conduct. The Scholarship also applies to rewarding teachers with excellent teaching performance (including teachers studying abroad).
雲彩獎學金旨在嘉獎品學兼優的貧困學生，並獎勵在教學上有優秀表現的教師（包括在海外進修的教師）。

Training and Caring 關懷培訓

Provide holistic care and guidance by visiting aid-receiving students, schools and families, complement by mail exchanges.
探訪受助學生、學校和家庭，輔以書信溝通，提供全面關懷與輔導。

Train aid-receiving students to serve the community and to develop their leadership qualities.
培訓受助學生服務社群和發揮領袖才能。

Provide Training and support for aid-receiving schools' teachers and fellow students.
培訓和支援受助學校師生。 

 Education Exchange 教育交流

Recruit teachers and voluntary workers to teach English, Computer and other subjects in Yunnan.
招募教師及義務工作者到雲南任教英語、電腦及其他科目；

Organize exchange groups to visit Yunnan for experience sharing in the areas of Music, Dance, Sports and other education programmes.
組織團體到雲南作音樂、舞蹈、體育及教育活動交流；

Arrange academic exchange visits between Hong Kong , Overseas and Yunnan.
安排香港、海外及雲南兩地的學術交流。

 Exchange Activities 交流活動

Promote mutual understanding and friendship between aid-receiving students and donors.
促進捐助者與受助學生的認識和友誼。

Foster the understanding of Chinese culture and the need of children in rural areas among people in Hong Kong and overseas.
讓香港及海外人士更了解中國文化和農村孩子的需要。

Broaden students' will and vision through bi-directional exchange activities.
藉雙向交流擴闊受助學生的心胸和視野。

Promotion and Recruitment 推廣及招募

Share with organizations and schools our principle, our work and the need of YCECEA.
