成立背景
About
us
In response to the educational needs in
the South Western part of the mainland China, a group of educational
professionals committed to establish a charitable organization : "Yun
Cai Education and Cultural Exchange Association Limited (YCECEA)", in
February 2000, YCECEA aims at providing support to the students who are
in financial needs to pursue their studies , and to contribute to the
community upon graduation. In addition , through culture exchange
activities , YCECEA wishes to facilitate mutual understanding among
people of mainland China , Hong Kong and overseas, and to enhance the
quality of education. As a result, the cloud of witnesses can develop
and light up the lives of many people in Yunnan.
「雲彩教育及文化交流協會」（簡稱「雲彩會」）於2000年2月由一群教育專業人士為回應國內西南地區在教育上的需要而成立，旨在幫助貧困地區的學生完成學業，以所學回饋社會。
同時透過文化交流活動促進內地、香港及海外人士的相互了解，和提高教育的素質，讓雲彩般的見證人在雲南煥發光彩，使當地各族得著璀璨的生命。

The mission of the Yun Cai Education and Cultural
Exchange Association (YCECEA) is to promote education and cultural
exchange between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the
Yunnan Province and to facilitate the cloud of witnesses to develop
and light up the lives of every people in Yunnan.
「雲彩教育及文化交流協會」（簡稱「雲彩會」）旨在推廣香港特別行政區及雲南省兩地的教育及文化交流，讓雲彩般的見證人在雲南煥發光彩，使當地各族得著璀璨的生命。
組織
YCECEA is a charitable organization with both
individual and group membership. The Board of Directors is responsible
for supervising the work of the Organization. The Executive Director
and Project Director (Yunnan) are
responsible to all daily operations .
本會為一慈善團體，會員分為個人及團體兩類。本會的運作由董事會負責監督，執行總監及項目統籌主任(雲南)負責執行日常會務。
